Quality is essential, Jumanji over-invests in people, processes and infrastructure to guarantee the delivery of Quality parts. We invested in an APQP (including PPAP) software Program for production process management. For each part, we create a Quality Control Plan that outlines the specifications to be maintained and sampling procedures employed. Our quality engineers then oversee inspection of first articles and production quantities at our factory location. As a final check, we ensure every finished part has passed all specification requirements prior to shipping.
We improve quality constantly by means of RADAR or PDCA circle. The PDCA cycle is a series of activities pursued for improvement. PLAN, DO, CHECK, ACTION.
We are using Poka-Yoke as a tool to achieve Zero Defects. "Self-Check" Inspection; "Successive-Check" Inspection; "Special Cause" And "Common Cause".
