Interlocking Fin is using the Progressive or Engineering tooling to stamping the fins and interlocking fins automaticaly. We can do both AL and Copper material with customize requirement. 
For interlocking fin the minimum fin thickness can be 0.3mm for AL and 0.4mm for Copper.

Folded Fin Process

Folded Fin is the use of Progressive or Engineering tooling to stamp and to fold the fins automaticuly. Currently we only offer folded fins in aluminum. 
For Folded fin the minimum fin thickness can be 0.5mm for Aluminium.
